Kesari Bath

Kesari Bath (also called Rava Kesari or Sooji Kesari) is a traditional South Indian dessert made from semolina (rava/sooji), sugar, ghee, and flavored with saffron or food color that gives it its signature golden-orange hue. The name “Kesari” itself refers to the saffron-like color.
